I had a very emotional day, including nearly being in a car

accident. The result was that I came home and went back to old

habits: " eating makes everything better " . I'm sure some of you know

that feeling.

My rough estimate now that the damage is done is that I probably

consumed over 3,000 calories today, and it's not even 6 pm yet. I

feel terrible. How much does one huge binge like that change your

progress? Should I eat fewer than my regular 1600 calories tomorrow

to " make up " for it? Should I do extra cardio tonight?

Thanks for your support girls, I'm glad this website exists.
