Welcome! The key for me is planning, both meals and workouts. Some

typical meals for me are:

Oatmeal, cottage cheese

Fruit, cottage cheese

Chicken, brown rice, veggies

Chicken, red potatoes, veggies

Extra lean turkey meatloaf, red potatoes

1 egg, 4 egg whites, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms
