Some typical meals for me are: Oatmeal, cottage cheese Fruit, cottage cheese Chicken, brown rice, veggies Chicken, red potatoes, veggies Extra lean turkey meatloaf, red potatoes 1 egg, 4 egg whites, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms Colleen > Wow this site is wonderful. I am just starting BFL and would welcome > any tips. Also would love to hear what a typical day of eating is > for anyone that wants to share.
