Please note that these dates include practice dates, not just competition dates.

Chicago, Il: June 25, 2009 to June 27, 2009

Boston, MA July 23, 2008 to July 25, 2009

Portland, OR: August 11, 2009 to August 16, 2009

Salt Lake City, UT: September 15, 2009 to September 20, 2009

Orlando, FL: October 13, 2009 to October 18, 2009

Here is a wonderful opportunity to work with elite athletes and rub shoulders

with other health care practitioners. Attached is the application.

If you have not volunteered at this event before it can be fun, hard work and

educational. It is an excellent opportunity to network with other sports

medicine professionals.

Interested volunteer’s should fill out the application and make sure you

retain a copy for your records. Please send your copy of your license,

CV/Resume and malpractice declaration page with your application.
