X-ray equipment and MONONUCLEOSIS

Hola Docs,

I saw some used x-ray equipment available on here recently, wondering if that's still out there?

Also I have a couple of patients recently dx'd with Mono, any suggestions on supplementation/therapies to support them through their recovery?
