Working out in the evening...

Hello everyone,

I'm fairly new to this group and this is my first post although I have

been reading all the messages posted here for the last week or so and

have to admit I am really glad this was the first BFL group I came

across or I might have lost some interest in the program.

One thing I have noticed about the workout is that they seem to

indicate that it should be done in the morning. Personally, I have to

be at work at 7am which means I wake up at 5:30 and quite honestly if

I was trying to get up at 4:30 to go work out beforehand I would never

make it there.

Does anyone have any input as to whether it really makes that much

difference whether you're working out in the am or pm? Normally my

hubby and I (who also became a member after I kept babbling about all

the messages I was reading in here and he wanted to get the digest

himself by email instead of browsing my mail) go to work out

immediately after work at about 6pm.

One additional comment which is rather off the subject but I have seen

some women posting about how terrible cottage cheese is and that they

would rather die than eat it. One recipe we were recommended by a

friend (not a BFLer but also trying for high protein diet) was this:

1 portion of cottage cheese

A few cherry tomotoes or tomato slices (you be the judge)

A dash of pepper and salt

Quite honestly this tastes excellent (maybe our cottage cheese here in

Germany is a bit better than in the US but I can't say I had ever

tried it there) and is something I could possibly eat every day. Have

a whole wheat pita along with it or another choice of carb and you're

all set.

Thanks for all the inspration ladies and keep up the fantastic work! I

can't wait to see more of your inspiring pics and to post a few of our

own...
