Pt case: severe cerv stenosis

Hi Docs,

Recently eval 40yo pt recently dx with cerv stenosis C3-C7, was mis-dx for the last 10 yrs until C-MRI last week (!!)

Pt interested in non-surgical tx for s/s (severe episodes of L UE paresthesias, bilat toe numbness, suboccip-sag h/a). Self-discharged herself from PT after 6 mos of aggravated s/s. Recommendations for treatment that's helped similar patients??

Lily, I would have her talk to Jordi Kellogg, neurosurgeon in Portland. Those symptoms are not going to go away after that amount of time. You need to have a realistic talk with her. Ann Goldeen
