This is the most accurate website I have found with figuring your

bodyfat percentage. I have checked and rechecked it with what my

measurements are at the gym and it's always come back the same.

Here's a good site for bodyfat online. I don't know how " accurate " it

is overall but it will tell you if you are decreasing or not:

http://www.biofitness.com/abodyfat.html

For measuring, I measure:

Waist (smallest part)

Abdomen, right over my belly button

Hips (biggest part)

Thigh

Calf

Bust

wahoo!! Glad to hear you're jumping in Kenya :-) I think you're

probably VERY well prepared, so can't wait to hear about your

progress.

I think some people's belly buttons must be in different places...LOL. The

smallest part of my waist is right at my belly button. I've always measured my

waist at the belly button and my abdomen over my pouch. My abdomen usually runs

around 4 inches bigger than my waist, especially when I'm out of shape. I found

an old picture of me from high school, when I had a 24 inch waist...funny how

when we're young, we have such a poor self image. I thought I was a porker back

then....ROFL. My measurements at 17 were 35-24-36. I had to run around in a

bathing suit in front of the entire high school all year round(I was on the

diving team) and so I made sure I kept in fairly good shape. But I still

thought I was " fat " . If I had known then what I know now............ = )
