Guest guest
Yep, it sure does. I was thinking of having one the other night with my protein bar since they're too low in carbs, but I wasn't sure if they were even allowed since they weren't on the list. Guest guest
I tried frozen bananas in a shake and it makes it like a real shake. Peel the bananas break them in half and throw them in a freezer bag. It is really GOOD! I got the idea because it is one of the main ingredients in the everyday sunday thing in the EFL book. > > > > Hi Lorraine - > > > > > > > > I haven't made the brownies yet (for the same reasons you > > stated) > > > but I love > > > > the chocolate PB oatmeal. Guest guest
Mine does too. You pay $100 and get to go to a series of seminars, get help creating menus and workouts, and generally get hand-held. At first I thought it was a lot of money, but after seeing what you get for it I think it's good value for complete newbies. in NZ C1W6D6 > > > > Hi Lorraine - > > > > > > > > I haven't made the brownies yet (for the same reasons you > > stated) > > > but I love > > > > the chocolate PB oatmeal.
