Lorraine regarding the bananas...

In my gym's BFL class they said to count the bananas as carbs.. Hope

Yep, it sure does. I was thinking of having one the other night with

my protein bar since they're too low in carbs, but I wasn't sure if

they were even allowed since they weren't on the list.

I tried frozen bananas in a shake and it makes it like a real shake.

Peel the bananas break them in half and throw them in a freezer bag.

It is really GOOD! I got the idea because it is one of the main

ingredients in the everyday sunday thing in the EFL book.

Mine does too. You pay $100 and get to go to a series of seminars,

get help creating menus and workouts, and generally get hand-held.

At first I thought it was a lot of money, but after seeing what you

get for it I think it's good value for complete newbies.
