7 years is too long to wait. one of the home care places here had a 10

year waiting list when my application went in but there was another one

that only had about 2 months to wait.

Their budget is so screwed up. When the last governer left he decided that the capital building needed a dome on it. Paid major money for it. Just a stupid move, I guess he wanted to be remembered well his is as an idiot.
