I normally follow the BFL one in the book. When I get bored I do four

weeks BFL, 4 weeks Slow and Heavy lifting and 4 weeks full pyramid.

That being said, I do notice I get the most strength gains by doing

BFL solely. But sometimes I get bored with the plan and need a

change.

I would try the BFL by the book and see what kind of results you get.
