Guest guest Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 Really in the BFL way of eating there is not the word 'snacks' as each time you are eating you should be having a 'minimeal' to fuel your body. The word 'snacks' for me evokes the old way of eating for enjoyment with snacky processed foods. I take little containers if food (leftovers usually) some chicken & veggies and thats my breaktime food and could be my lunchtime food as well. I have on occasion kept beef or turkey jerky, soynuts, lowfat stringcheese, dried fruit mix and tuna kits in my desk if I cant get away from it (some days I feel like I am chained there!
