Really in the BFL way of eating there is not the word 'snacks' as

each time you are eating you should be having a 'minimeal' to fuel

your body. The word 'snacks' for me evokes the old way of eating for

enjoyment with snacky processed foods. I take little containers if

food (leftovers usually) some chicken & veggies and thats my

breaktime food and could be my lunchtime food as well. I have on

occasion kept beef or turkey jerky, soynuts, lowfat stringcheese,

dried fruit mix and tuna kits in my desk if I cant get away from it

(some days I feel like I am chained there! LoL!)
