Good adjustor in San Rafel/San Francisco

I need a good adjustor (chiro, not insurance) to handle a P.I. case for my sis-in-law who lives in San Rafel. Her neck is quite adjustable, as I have done it 3 times this past week while she's here on a visit, but she's been going to a chiro there who has chosen to focus more on ART while being unable to deliver an adjustment for her.Muchas gracias.Terry Petty, D.C.
