I know I found one via a link from someone on this board and I don't know where it is now!!!! I thought it came from , but now I am not sure! Please help! Working on week2!! Guest guest Posted February 23, 2004 Report Share Posted February 23, 2004 Hey Dorina :-) I downloaded the official one, then adapted it so that it was more suitable. e.g.; made it A5 size so it would fit in a small ring- binder, made the lines bigger so I could write in them, made spaces for notes, made the margins smaller etc. And made little pictures of leggs and biceps so I could identify if it was upper body or lower body at a glance :-) Yes, I was bored at work over Christmas :-P I can e-mail it to you if you like? in NZ C1W6D2 > Could anyone tell me where there is a journal I could download?
