hi renee,

my current fave is the first 3-4 songs of prodigy's fat of the land

cd. in fact the entire album has a pretty good beat to hit 9s and 10s

with. ...hadn't even ever HEARD it and can't really claim to be a

prodigy fan until recently when i heard the cd in my brother's car

and thought. that's it! the lyrics to the second and third song

really keep me going. ahhh i'll just past them!

" pyschosomatic addict, insane " is particularly appropriate when i'm

trying to keep from falling off whatever apparatus i may be on and

trying to convince myself that i'm a machine. i just know i look like

i'm completely bonkers and that others at the gym think i'll either

I know you started this strain last week, but I heard a song on the radio

the other day that reminded me of running - " It's Raining Men! " I don't

usually listen to anything while doing cardio - I watch TV- it helps keep my

eyes off the clock on my treadmill and makes the time go by pretty fast.
