Ab Bootcamp

I dropped the ab section from my LBW (replaced it with inner thigh and hip

flexor) and now do two runds of ab bootcamp every second day after my cardio

when I can really concentrate on it. I'm working up to three rounds, and I

can already tell it's making a difference. I love it! One of those workouts

that hurts sooo good! I figure once my body fat is low enough to have

uncovered my abs, they might as well be nice to look at!

tell me about ab bootcamp! what is it? where can i find the excersizes?
