Guest guest
It may be your shoes... I know that if I don't wear a good pair of shoes when working out (especially to videos) my feet hurt. > Hi all, I just did my first cardio day, and I tried a new video. Guest guest
Dorrina, Where do they burn? I have high arches and found I really needed to be careful how I tied my shoes or my arch area would almost go numb and tingle. Also recently my heels started hurting which I didn't know is a sign of plantar fasciitis so be careful if it is your heels. If you think it is your shoes, you can try going to a running store like Fleet Feet. They can help find a shoe for your foot style. Also if you go to www.videofitness.com they have reviews of almost any video out on the market. It sounds like the one you did was very fun!! I love salsa beat. Colleen PS Do they still tie laces on cleats around the shoe? I remember our laces were so long! Man that used to kill my feet! > Hi all, I just did my first cardio day, and I tried a new video. Guest guest
My feet burn all the time, whatever type of cardio I'm doing, whether it is impact or non-impact. Not only do they burn, but they cramp up and go numb, too. I hate it! I often feel like I could continue much longer but for my feet. And it happens regardless of what type of sneaker I am wearing. Very frustrating! > Hi all, I just did my first cardio day, and I tried a new video. Guest guest
I'm just guessing here, but is it circulation? Because the blood is not travelling back up again? I wonder if it would be worth doing a wee experiment and taking an asprin a day (which is reputed to thin the blood) & see if that makes a difference. NO idea if it would work, just a thought. I know nothing about circulation really, but just thinking out loud. I think I " m supposed to make some disclaimer here about not being a doctor and not playing one TV arne't I? > > Hi all, I just did my first cardio day, and I tried a new video. Guest guest
I've had the same problem for years but I always attributed to my weight and/or the calluses on my feet. Usually when I get a pedicure. Hope this helps.
