Guest guest
OK - OK- I guess I need to go try some New Balance. Any recommendations on a style? I have pretty normal feet. I went to a mega shoe store once and the sales guy tried to sell me some NB but they were extremely pricey. I know with Sauconys I always look for the Grids. I still want to run a 10K in June and i want my footies to feel good! Thanks Re: Week challenge! /shoes > > > > > > > > Funny you said that...I used to SWEAR by my Nikes but then one day > > someone introduced me to New Balance and it's been a love affair > > every since...best running shoes, I love them. > > > > > I'm awaiting the arrival of my new New Balance shoes and hoping they > are as great as everyone swears by! Guest guest
Do you have a running store near you like Fleet Feet? They spent over 45 minutes with me, measured my foot, watched me walk and run in them, etc. and asked me exactly what I was going to do in the shoes before deciding on a particular shoe. Of course, now I can't remember the number/model of the one I'm getting... Colleen > OK - OK- I guess I need to go try some New Balance. Any recommendations on > a style? I have pretty normal feet. Guest guest
Just an update on the shoe issue. I went to Rogan's shoes yesterday and ended up with another pair of Saucony. I hate going into stores and leaving empty handed, so even though the girl that was with me wasn't much help in the lines of fitting my foot and gait to a particular shoe, I bought some anyhow. They are a Saucony Grid with some sort of moderate stability cushioning going on. My HIIT on the treadmill went just fine in them this morning, but we'll see tonight and tomorrow how my legs and feet feel. I hope it was the shoes and just not my age creeping up on me! (I'm only 33!) Thanks for your hep again... in WI Re: Week challenge! /shoes > Do you have a running store near you like Fleet Feet?
