Colleagues:

Seeking pro/con comments from those who have personal Federal Employee

health care insurance, specifically the 'Flex Spending accounts'

package.

It's open season for choosing between policies.

On first review, this Flex account option seems to have advantages over

the old style Defined Services policy.
