Guest guest Posted January 16, 2004 Report Share Posted January 16, 2004 Thank you all for the info on the BFL Success Journal and alternatives to lugging my 10-pound binder around the gym (I guess it's good weight training, but it's still a pain). So...another question. Anyone know where I can go to read up on supplements (what they do, how much and when to use, best brands, etc.). I'm trying to figure out what, if any, supplements I want to use beyond Myoplex and my multi. I saw some posts that referred to EAS products called LeanDynamxy and CarbDynamyx, but wondered where I could find more info (besides the marketing spiel I find on the store sites). Also, want to get a better understanding of betagen vs. phosphagen, glutamine, CLA, etc. I guess I'm a supplement dummy, but I want the facts and hopefully some endorsements before I start taking anything! Anyone know a good site that provides general info? I've been googling, but finding mostly sites that sell supplements, without much objective info or research. Thanks.
