They even provided links directly to the shopping cart! Also consider the audience. Bodybuilders freak out and die over anything that might be catabolic. Competitive bodybuilders and overweight women don't necessarily share the same physiology or goals. It's mainly a matter of doing what works for you personally. If you're getting great results doing cardio on an empty stomach and waiting an hour afterward, keep doing it.
