I just have a few more questions. sorry. i really do not like cottage cheese. in most of the postings i see that most of you eat a lot of it. Is there something i can subsitute for it? Then as far as exercising goes. someone said to walk 40 min a day ( think that's what is was) i live in northeast wisconsin and it is very cold this time of year, so walking to that extent is really not an option right now. has anyone ever done richard simons " sweatin to the oldie " ? If so, would this be a good thing to do in place of walking? And should i start doing sit-up and crunches? If yes, what is a realistic # to reach for in my first week?
