Guest guest Posted December 22, 2003 Report Share Posted December 22, 2003 I am wanting to set a goal for one challenge and I don't know if this is unreasonable. I am 160 and 28-29% bf 5'6 " . I am 37 years old. I wanted to set my goal at 135 and 20% body fat. Is that achiveable in one challenge? I have been 135 and 20% before so I know I can get ther but I just wonder how long it will take me. I have had one ENTIRE year of eating bad and not working out and went all the way to 160!!. I keep saying that I am going to get started and then I find some excuse to not do it....self defeating isn't it!! I appreciate any input.
