Guest guest Posted January 2, 2004 Report Share Posted January 2, 2004 I just had a GREAT day today! Ate Perfectly....Had an Awesome workout! Then...yes, the dreaded THEN.... at 9:30 pm I went downstairs and gorged myself with 6 tortillas FILLED with butter! :-( It's so easy for me to eat impeccably All day long until an hour or two before bedtime. Unfortunately, I have a couple roomates who are Not involved in Any kind of Body transformation and who fill the pantry with countless less-than Ideal food items. I've considered low calorie " snacks " ...Anyone have any suggestions on such a snack? Please don't say " fruit " . It just peeves me that for 10-15 minutes of pleasure I'm willing to Throw away an otherwise Perfect day. Any help is appreciated. Happy new Year 2 Everyone!
