Here's an interesting link to an article on the anti-inflammatory properties of Glutamine. I thought it might be useful for patients who are challenged with various inflammatory diseases. I'm not necessarily suggesting any one company to purchase the amino acid from. Various sources sell it.

Glutamine has been quite helpful for several patients that our naturopath works with, although we have our naturopath include it in thier IV vitamin therapy. So if you have a naturopath in the office or work with one, it is good to ask them about the IV options. Just has that extra boost like a B12 shot as well.
