Guest guest
Have you gotten any responses on this? Maybe you need to be a little more specific on which upper body exercises you are talking about. Big range here... Like with triceps - I started out doing kickbacks on my first set with nothing, working up to 8lbs. Now I can do 12 lbs on my high set. in WI What weight did you start with? > Hi > I'm currently a novice BFler and was wondering what weight > poundage did some of the advanced BFL ers here started out > with for their upper body on their 1st Challenges? > > Thanx, > > > > > >
Guest guest
I can't verify that this is correct, but someone asked the same question in another forum, and they were answered with this: " As for weights the way I work it is I figure out what is the heaviest I can lift for 6 reps and then I work backwards. So for me I know at the moment the heaviest bicep curl I can do is 9kg so my sets go 12 x 6kg, 10 x 7kg, 8 x 8kg, 6 x9kg and 12 x 8kg followed by hammer curls at 12 x 8kg " > Hi > I'm currently a novice BFler and was wondering what weight > poundage did some of the advanced BFL ers here started out > with for their upper body on their 1st Challenges? > > Thanx, >
