Have you gotten any responses on this? Maybe you need to be a little more

specific on which upper body exercises you are talking about. Big range

here...

Like with triceps - I started out doing kickbacks on my first set with

nothing, working up to 8lbs. Now I can do 12 lbs on my high set.

I can't verify that this is correct, but someone asked the same

question in another forum, and they were answered with this:

" As for weights the way I work it is I figure out what is the

heaviest I can lift for 6 reps and then I work backwards. So for me

I know at the moment the heaviest bicep curl I can do is 9kg so my

sets go 12 x 6kg, 10 x 7kg, 8 x 8kg, 6 x9kg and 12 x 8kg followed by

hammer curls at 12 x 8kg "

Mostly 10s and 12s, depending on what exercise.
