It's fantastic for the guys at the gym, but doesn't really do much for me ;-P Well, except for inspire me, they're both super lovely, and have 10% body fat. Not for HIIT, but for a more steady paced run. I want to run a 10K in June. I did 4 miles in that 45 minutes, so I've got some ways to go. I'd like to run the 10K in an hour or less.
