The trainers at our gym are gorgeous too, but in a different way :-\

They're female, and they're swedish twins. It's fantastic for the

guys at the gym, but doesn't really do much for me ;-P Well, except

for inspire me, they're both super lovely, and have 10% body fat.

Watching them workout is like a perfect example of form, and you can

see every muscle move because they're so lean - makes it really easy

to see which muscles are contributing to the movement.

Well - did you achieve your goal?

I got to 45 minutes yesterday myself - a goal of mine. Not for HIIT, but

for a more steady paced run. I want to run a 10K in June. I did 4 miles in

that 45 minutes, so I've got some ways to go. I'd like to run the 10K in an

hour or less.

Let us know how you did!

Swedish twins!!??!!?! Oh, my talk about motivation! For a guy

maybe! Well just keep thinking, can't wait until I'm in better

shape than they are! :)
