Guest guest
Here are my Myoplex tips. A little frozen fruit does wonders. http://skwigg.tripod.com/wow/id25.html To take them to work you'll probably need a shaker bottle with a screen to break up the lumps. http://www.netrition.com/netrition_shaker_bottle_page.html You could also blend them before work and take them with you in a cooler. Tips for Myoplex? I'm about at the end of my rope here. I bought a big box of Myoplex Lite (with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate) and I can't find any way to drink it! First I tried the recommended way--with cold water and ice in the blender. I ended up pouring most of that out. At work I don't have a blender, so I've been trying to put it in a huge coffee cup, first with cold water and today with hot water, and just mixing it. (I don't recommend either way...blech.) Is there something I can mix it with or put in it to hide the taste? I've tried all three kinds, but they all have the same sort of icky flavor. I know I don't have to use Myoplex and that actual food is probably better, but I bought so much of it--I guess I could just sell it on Ebay or give it to a poor college student. ;o) Thanks for any tips, Kat (btw, I'm KatJ in the photo gallery, not Kat)
Guest guest
Since I leave my house at 5:30, I blend my shake the night before and leave it in my car while I am at the gym (it is cold enough). When I want to drink it, I just shake it up and it is good. I prefer this to just mixing the packet... TGIF! > Here are my Myoplex tips.
