Have you rulled out fungal infection on the skin? In addition to what you are already doing, Aroma 4 comes to mind. As far as the skin is concerned,, i have him bathing in epsom salts, putting 270 cream on.. my train of thought was to bring everything out that needed to come out,, then see where it wanted to go.. I have a patient with such extreme environmental allergies that he can rarely leave the home now. He had to be rushed to the hospital a month ago with extreme nausea, headache, generalized joint pain for 3 days straight. he was literally groaning from the pain. Became immobile and unable to speak at times. So far his cond is not associated with rash or organ damage. The blood tests confirm mastocytosis.
