my meal plan for tomorrow

here is my meal plan for tomorrow thursday... jan 8,2004

#1. cottage cheese and toast whole wheat of course

#2. Southwest Scramble with ww tortillia

#3.apple and string cheese

#4.eg salad over lettuce and peas

#5.oatmeal and toast

#6. cottage cheese and yogurt

remember this may be boring but i am working with what i have at home

right now...and i do not have the efl book yet... so i am winging it

right now...

tomorrow is a cardio so there will be 20 or more on my gazzelle

100oz of water planned

I understand your circumstances, but for future reference... IMO,

you are having too much bread. In #3, string cheese doesn't qualify

as a protein. In #4, be careful of how you make your egg " salad " if

it includes mayo or something like it. Also, this meal doesn't have

a carb. Colleen pointed out that in #5 you have two carbs and no

protein.

Sorry, but I’m not sure or that info…..Two sticks of the Kraft

Handi-snacks mozzarella string cheese has 14g of protein. That is the

same as ½ cup of 1% milk fat cottage cheese at 14g. Also, in #4 – ½

cup of peas is 11g carb.
