(eat the lo-fat kind) I can't get myself out of bed in time to do a workout before work, I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, I do good to get up and get to work. It is a good idea to do your workouts before you eat dinner, though, do it on an empty stomach, or just eat a light snack. I feel really good then, when it's time to cook dinner, etc. cottage cheese----I can eat it plain, with pepper, with fruit. personal perfs of course. good luck! I'm in my 3rd week of my 1st challenge and feel REALLY good. But DON't be surprised if you don't drop weight on the scales..........I was disappointed, but now realize, I am losing fat and gaining muscle.better.............. this list is great........keeps us motivated.
