Guest guest
I read on their website that most of his clients are people that did several BFL challenges and never got the results they wanted, so that freaked me out a little bit . My hubby and I talked it over and we're still sticking with BFL but I was wondering if anyone has done the LL or knows anything about it. Plus this guy charges $50 for his book and $30 a month after that for his program... Alida
Guest guest
I've heard a lot of pros and a lot of cons; a lot of happy people and a lot of very unhappy people. I do believe the program is much stricter than BFL so that is something to consider. Here is a lady from the Firm YaYas board that had great success with Leanness Lifestyle: http://pub129.ezboard.com/ffirmbeliversfrm18.showMessage? topicID=65.topic Colleen > I read on their website that most of his clients are people that did > several BFL challenges and never got the results they wanted, so that > freaked me out a little bit . Guest guest
I hope my post on LL didn't " knock it " . Just wanted to say that it does require a bit more time and energy on planning meals and more strict in what you can eat, etc. That's not necessarily a bad thing Right now I have a hard time some days sticking with BFL so personally I'm not ready for LL (mentally anyway!). I'm trying to find an in between. In my mid 20s and early 30s I did some local fitness modeling and spent so much time on diet and exercise that I burnt myself out and it got to a point where it was fanatical. My mind just can't take that again, right now anyway. Altho I'd also like to look that way again <G>, kind of a catch 22. Anyway, I think I'm just rambling now so I'll stop. Guest guest
I don't think giving your opinion would be counted as knocking it. I don't even have an opinion on LL, I guess I'll find out by proxy if it's worthwhile or not. He's an information sponge so it's perfect for him. And hey, he takes it all in, filters out the crap and tells me the good stuff so it's all good :-) Personally I'm not even ready to delve deeper into what I'm eating. I'm stubbornly sticking to the palm/fist rule, and I refuse to do an caloric breakdown of what I'm eating because Bill says I don't have to!! So I know what you mean about not being ready to get fanatical about things. in NZ C1W2D6 > > I asked my partner about this, as he has just signed up with > Leanness > > Lifestyle.
