Guest guest Posted January 28, 2004 Report Share Posted January 28, 2004 Okay, I hope this doesn't sound weird or anything, but I just wanted to share this because I was so freakin excited....I had to go buy a formal today for a ball on Friday for work...well anyways...instead of it being a 3x or 4x like I use to wear...I FIT INTO A LARGE!!!! WOO HOOO DOING A JIG...JUMPING UP AND DOWN...WOOO HOOOO!!! I am not bragging, I don't want it to seem that way, but I just had to share it, I was so excited...I almost felt for a second like someone was going to jump out and say..*hi you are on candid camera* and that they had toyed with the dress sizes...but nope..it didn't happen..it was really a large..LOL and it still hasn't been a full year on the program!!! Well anyways...for all you newbies that questions whether you can do this or not...you CAN do this..just do what the book says and it will work!!! Thanks for letting me babble!!! I personally have never had that exact thing happen to me, but my sister lost a bunch of weight a while back and she had the same thing happen. I was actually there to experience her happiness and I will never forget it. It is truly awe inspiring to me for people to make these kinds of changes and make their lives better for themselves. Keep this experience close to your heart and mind, use it to propell you to the next level when things get tough or you need that extra push. It can be your own secret weapon against the " can't " cells in your brain. =) Congrats!
