Guest guest
Hello That tends to happen to me in the first few hours of sleeping (makes going to sleep difficult). I guess being prone allows the cilia to bring up more mucous and often too much at one time. It's usually much better in the morning (makes getting up difficult cause I'd still be needing sleep). Propping up pillows so that I'm not so prone helps. I think if I took breaks during the day to just lie down and relax, the mucous wouldn't build up so much. It's worse when I'm on a business trip like right now. If I'm home for a few weeks, it doesn't happen so much. Guest guest
Mom, Remember when I fell in the restaurant and had shoulder and arm problems? It is the same old thing. Seems like it should have been an insignificant injury, but it has turned out to be a big deal and very annoying. I have, however, been cut back to every other week in physical therapy instead of three times a week, and we are looking at cortisone injections in the trigger points (a little scared of this one) and surgery to move my ulnar nerve (a lot scared of this one!) but I highly doubt the surgery will happen. They want to move my ulnar nerve to the outside of my elbow so it isn't so aggravated, but that doesn't make much sense to me. I know that nerve and soft tissue injuries take a long time to heal, but we are on three months now and I've not had as much progress as I'd like. If you've said, I don't remember ( I Do hate that word, Insurance!!! Ya Can't live without it and its a pain in the butt to get along with!!! ) You be careful... Love Mom Mom, I will, as soon as my insurance kicks in. I haven't had another one of the ones where I just couldn't catch my breath, but I do wake up very frequently during the night. Now my shoulder is taped up and that is itching so badly, I'm sure that will impede my sleep somewhat. The physical therapist said it needed to be done, so.....I guess I'll put up with it. Work is hard, but rewarding. My supervisor is a wonderful man.....so far! You know how that goes. Guest guest
Mom, Yes, that is true! I guess I'm just antsy. I know it sounds funny to say this already, but I just don't heal like I did when I was younger. I know I know, it'll only get worse. Love, Heath -----Original Message-----From: angelbear1129@...
