Guest guest
I had what was supposed to be real tuberose " oil " , it was not called absolute, but may have been. It was very rich and deep,a little spicy. I loved it. It was actually fuller smelling than the actual flower. I bought a stem of it at a farmers market this summer and kept it in my room. I could smell it all the way out in the hallway. It actually didn't smell to me at first like what I remembered tuberose smelling like. The scent reminded me of the smell of sweetgrass or something honeylike or a little haylike, like a midwestern meadow(they smell like sweetgrass). I was kind of dissapointed. I did pick up the sweet spicy notes after a while though. I've never smelled any other absolutes offered anywhere else however. I'm hankerin' to get me some soon.
