I would like to go down about 10% body fat which for me is like 16 lbs of fat, I've already lost almost that much but now things are at a standstill. I know this will take time and I'm not as motivated as you Skinnie ) All I can say is " YOU GO GIRL!! Even though i have changed my body alot in a short time, my bodyfat is still up there and i have about 20-30 more pounds to lose..... once i reach my goal, i will tune it down of course, but right now, i have work to do. i have a very busy year ahead of me with my job and travel. i will be meeting with very prominent figures in my industry in april and want to present myself stronger. > Once you've reached your goal will you still have to work as hard to > maintain? > My goal is still 'seems' very far out of reach!
