Welcome back, Bridgette! Things are pretty quiet around here this week but it

ought to get nutty once the January challengers start posting.

Resolution - I'm back 1 week before the

new year

Well, I'm back. I remember lots of you and hope you remember me. I

fell off the BFL wagon big time. I quit working out and started

eating my old way about the end of september. Well I managed to gain

about 10 or 12 lbs (I will weigh tomorrow) Also, my muscles are

hiding somewhere under a layer of fat. While I didn't ruin all I

accomplished if I don't get my act together I will be right back

where I was in March. My closthes fit very tight and I have a layer

of ab fat hanging over my jeans. Not too attractive. I know posting

here was a huge part of keeping me honest with myself. So tomorrow

is Monday and I'm starting a 12 week challenge.

Here are my goals:

1. Lose 15 lbs of fat

2 lose inches all over.

3. Drink water

4. Eat clean 6 days a week

5. workout 6 days a week.

6. Journal (also key for me)

7. Plan, plan, plan

8. Get on line and post at least 4X week

I look forward to catching up with you all and meeting new people

Hi Bridget, welcome back. I'm new to the site but not to BFL. I am

starting my 2nd challenge over again, I couldn't complete it because

I had arm surgery. Your goals look great.
