I used to be able to run the entire block in 2 minutes. Now It takes 2 minutes to do a little over 1/2 the block and I'm huffing and puffing at that!!!! Almost getting tired on the bike before I even break a sweat I brought my clothes so I'm all set to workout after work BUT I forgot my water AGAIN at lunch; after forgetting it this morning! My reward is a cup of coffee after my workouts, I know, I know, coffee is a no no, but I do drink 3-4 liters a day (I think thats pretty close to 1 gallon) of water. So i do re-hydrate. I remember when I was 14 or 15 and I was going to aerobics classes, I would always treat myself to a milkshake after my class, what a waste! My kids have never had tap water (except at a restaurant and they didn't realize it's tapwater) and we went to a friends house and they gave them water from the tap and they actually said they are not sure if they are allowed to drink it. They didn't know if its safe!!!LOL Makes yuou feel old. Guest guest Posted January 12, 2004 Report Share Posted January 12, 2004 Ditto!!! I was up to 5.5 mph on the tread mill now 3mph kills me. My legs are soooo week!!!! My legs give out before my lungs of heart. I could only get my HR up to 175 use to be 190. What were we thinking - taking 3 months off??? Dani W. > Yea!!! I did my cardio!!!!
