I just fe Just to let you know one year ago I weighed 144 pounds and I am 5'4 " and also have a small frame. It sounds like last year I was in the same boat you are in now. I have been doing BFL for one year now and have seen great results. Just stay focused. When I started out I kept telling myself if I don't do this now I will never do it and just stayed focused no matter how hard it got. I have a highly stressful life and had many excuses not to do this, but I kept trudging along and I can happily say that I look great and have almost reached my goal of 120 lbs and 14% body fat. It is exhilerating to know what I have accomplished in this year. And anyway, my goal is to inspire you to complete the challange and not the 12 week challange but the challange for life. If I can do it, you can do it. It will change your life. Good luck!!!
