I have the menu down fine, but I'm not sure what exercises to do for the upper body workout and lower body work out. I will be doing my exercising at home and not at the gym. Do you have any suggestions and I also don't quite understand the what the actual description of some of the exercises mean. I hope I don't sound like a dope, but being successful on this program is very important to me and I want to make sure I do it right. Do you have any advice or information you could share with me? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks,
Guest guest
You'll find a lot of good info on the Body for Life web site. Check out the video demonstrations of the exercises: http://www.bodyforlife.com/vid_exercise.shtml . Seeing someone do them really helps. You just need to pick two exercises for each body part, one for the multiple sets and one to switch to at the high-point. After about 4 weeks, pick two different exercises for each body part to shake things up.
