Yes, Jen, I use the stuff from the wine store. I also use it for fixed

oils, like SJW, almond, hazelnut, etc. It's about $8-9 a can here, at

any liquor/wine store. Of course, it also helps if you can decant the

oil into a smaller bottle or jar to hold down on the airspace.
