Best wishes for your birthday coming up later this week and an extremely successful and fulfilling year.

I'm recently back from the monastery (Deorali Chorten Gonpa) in Sikkim and getting over jet lag, and making plans to come to the workshop in May.

As you know, I brought the pRoshi to the gonpa. Though nobody had extensive treatment with it (I benefitted from having it there) it was interesting to observe Rinpoche's response. He seemed to appreciate it and commented that it must be a method to "stabilize the mind", or "get the mind to come to rest".

Attached are some pictures from the drupchen (great ritual performance) this year for your viewing pleasure, as well as a couple photos of people with the pRoshi. The snow peaks in the chorten photo are at the border pass with Tibet.
