Guest guest
Samar, If your client came in because alpha levels were too low, then you should definitely worry about the graphs. If, as is usually the case, the issue was more related to real world experience, then seeing symptoms improve, especially if the improvement holds for longer and longer periods between sessions, is worth a thousand graphs. Pete >Even when you train Alpha and it goes down instead of up, do you see that the clients symptoms improve? That is what I am seeing, not necessarily the same thereapist though Samar
Guest guest
Sue, Actually it trains both relaxation and arousal/alertness. The challenges along the way do one or the other. Guest guest
The Wild Divine trains skin conductance and heart rate variability for alertness vs. other relaxation states . There may be EEG correlates but Wild Divine neither measures or trains EEG states directly. Mark RE: alpha training Sue, Actually it trains both relaxation and arousal/alertness.
