|Dear Friends and Colleagues:

|I am so happy. I will be collaborating with Kaiser Permanente in

Santa Clara, |Califoria to provide Anxiety Awareness screening to the

community for |National Anxiety Awareness Screening Day on May 3,

2000.

|This is a very exciting opportunity to be able to provide information

to

|people on anxiety disorders from first hand experience.I am very

interested

|in advertising this as much as possible to/in the community. If you

know of

|ways to accomplish this, please let me know and we can go from there.

There |are many of us in the community with anxiety disorders who are

leading full |and successful lives- I want people to know there is no

shame in this. I am |very interested in getting this information to

people of different cultures, |ethnicity, nationality, languages, all

disability groups and all races.

|Anxiety Disorders can affect every group of peoples. Let me know

your
