Hello Everyone,

I am a mother of one, from Ohio. The raw diet has interested me for

awhile. I have been acquiring my " equipment " for about a year now.

Last year was learning about juicing and dehydrating. I built the

jumbo dehydrator from the " Dry it you'll like it " website. It is

great and I made a new friend in the lumber section at Lowes. Before

that project was over he and his dad had to help me finish it at

their workshop. He still comes over from time to time to play with my

son, and has recently agreed to take on the project of building a

loft in my son's bedroom so there is more room to play.......good

thing I decided to build that dehydrator " myself " .............

For some reason I become extremely motivated in the fall to learn

more. This year is sprouting. Up until now I have just sprouted for

wheat bread. I have ordered an Easy green, and some sprout bags. I

have seeds coming from 3 different places, just to try a little of

what seems to be their specialties.

In my previous life (before motherhood) I was in public accounting. My

son has some special needs which currently prevent me from working

full time outside of the home. I have spent most of the last 5 yrs.

researching and applying alternative therapies to help him. I have

worked with food most of my life, and have an interest in learning

how to market sprouts and live foods in my local area. My mother owns

a restaurant on a college campus here with a large vegetarian

clientele. She is intested in sprouted salads and " live " desserts.

I am interested in hearing from the " great sprouting minds " out

there, of your experiences with commerial sprouting and the such. Any

pointers and ideas that I should consider will be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to meeting all of you and being a part of the

community.

Warmest Regards,

premer007
