Pete,

Please help. I did the first assessment using BE assess Pro. In the

Report page, the A/T EC at P3 and P4 are 0.88 and 0.90.

And in the Heads page the amplitude of alpha/theta at P3 and P4 are

20.13/8.95 and 24.97/9.18. In order to start Alpha-Theta training the

A/T ratio should be more than 1.5. Just looking at the amplitude they

are well over 1.5 but not in the Report page. Maybe the difference is

how to calculate, power vs amplitude? But when you said the A/T ratio

should be over 1.5 you meant it as power ratio? I am lost here.

Jo,

I've been corresponding with Larry about exactly this issue--I think the last

one I needed to fix in the assess pro file. He explained that the problem has

to do with the way the two measures are calculated and suggested a fix, which is

in the new TLC Assess Pro report file we are testing this weekend. It looks

very good--still not exactly the same but much closer. I'll be sending it to

Foxx for uploading to the site (along with the revised form with a bunch of

fixes to that, and we should be ready to announce it perhaps on Monday.

I appreciate all the testing folks have done. Anything you did for the new

assessment will be able to be rerun and added to the revised version.
