Sprouting in a tropical climate

Aloha,

Does anyone have any experience/tips they could share about sprouting in a

tropical climate?

We have the great pleasure of living in Hawai'i and enjoy growing sprouts.

However, recent

batches of sprouts in our Easy Sprout start strong and flatline after about the

3rd or 4th day,

just as they are starting to green. I rinse and drain twice a day and try to

give special

attention to the draining part. I also fill the contatiner with water and tease

the mass of

sprouts apart with a fork to prevent clumping. I'm wondering if I should add a

third rinse/

drain each day. Also, we've on our first batch of wheat grass and wonder how

many times a

day to spray it with a kelpman-water solution. Any feedback would be greatly

appreciated.

Mahalo (thank you in Hawaiian)!

Aloha, E
